João Ferreira Loff

João Ferreira Loff currently serves as a PhD Researcher at INESC-ID since September 2015 and is also a Co-Founder and CTO of Rnters, a peer-to-peer rental marketplace, established in April 2016. In previous roles, João worked as an Associate Software Engineer at Accenture Portugal from November 2014 to September 2015, where responsibilities included implementing demand forecasting analysis workflows and integrating systems. João also contributed as a Technical Book Reviewer for Packt Publishing and led a full-stack software development team at RAILGROUP.PT Research Group from April 2012 to November 2014, developing a unique decision support system for railway maintenance. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Software Engineering and Enterprise Information Systems and a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and Engineering, both obtained from Instituto Superior Técnico.
