Sophia Dabic

Sophia DABIC has extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within the technology and consulting sectors, currently serving as Performance & Analytics Manager at Inetum since April 2016. In this role, responsibilities include optimizing recruitment tools, managing ATS transitions, implementing reporting tools for management, and enhancing recruitment processes. Previously, Sophia held various positions at MATIS, including Responsable Recrutement Ile de France, overseeing recruiting activities for industrial and IT sectors, and managing teams of recruitment specialists. Sophia also has a strong foundation in human resources, having started as Chargée de Ressources Humaines, handling recruitment and career management for over 75 employees. Sophia holds a Master 2 (M2) degree in Human Resource Management from Sup des RH, completed in September 2010.
