Aoife Marie Fitzgerald

Aoife Marie Fitzgerald is an accomplished linguist and educator currently serving as an Irish Language Linguist at Welocalize and an Assistant Lecturer at University College Cork, where Aoife lectures and mentors students in the MA Translation Studies LL6020 Module. As the founder of AMF Translator Training, Aoife provides online mentoring services for aspiring translators, while also directing AMF Translations, which offers translation and proofreading services in Irish, French, and Spanish. With a strong background in recruitment and educational support, Aoife has held various roles in both academic and business environments, including as a Recruitment Coordinator and Front of House Supervisor. Aoife completed a Master's degree in Translation Studies at University College Cork and holds a Bachelor's degree in World Languages.
