Zoë McCarthy

Client Success Lead at Infegy

Zoë McCarthy has worked in a variety of roles since 2018. Zoë began as an Avik Services Contractor with Amazon in 2018 and then became a Market Research Intern at the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2020. In 2020, they also took on the role of District Manager Intern at ALDI USA, where they assisted with daily administrative tasks, studied employee engagement initiatives, and surveyed cost-conscious opportunities for the division. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Infegy – Consumer Intelligence as a Client Success Lead, Client Support Specialist, and Sales Development Representative. In this role, they are helping brands to discover key insights about their customers, online audiences, competitors and influencers.

Zoë McCarthy attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2016 to 2020, where they earned their degree in International Business with a focus in Business Administration and Management and International Studies.
