Etan has been the Founder of ETORIX USA LLC since 2020, Director of Infibranches Technologies since 2020, Executive Director of Nigerian Norwegian Chamber of Commerce (NNCC) since 2016, Chairman of Monteran Oil Limited since 2018, Director of Height Specialists Africa Ltd. since 2015, Director and Chief Operating Officer of DeltaLift Resources Nigeria Limited since 2011, Chief Information Officer of Ascot Flowlines since 2007, CTO (Consultant) of Nexus Alliance Limited since 2006, CEO of Etan Ogbemi Inc. since 2005, and Head Information Systems of Delta State Government since 2001.

Etan Ogbemi's education history includes a BEng Honours in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the University of Bradford between 1990 and 1991, a BSc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the University of East London between 1986 and 1990, and secondary school studies at Bradfield College between 1979 and 1981 and Government College Ibadan between 1973 and 1979. Etan is currently enrolled in a Post Graduate Certification in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at The University of Texas at Austin from 2021 to 2022.
