Bernhard Andreaus

Bernhard Andreaus is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development, leadership, and technology management. Currently serving as Chief Scientist and President, Head VCP at INFICON since January 2022, Bernhard previously held the position of Director of New Technologies at the same company for nearly a year. Prior to INFICON, Bernhard was President of InstruTech LLC from August 2019 to December 2020, and held various roles at INFICON from 2006 to 2019, including Director of Product Evolution and Head of Engineering. Academic credentials include a M.A.S. in Management of Technology and Economics from ETH Zürich, a Ph.D. in Chemical Physics from EPFL, and a Diplom in Physics from EPFL. Bernhard's postdoctoral research was carried out at Simon Fraser University and Paul Scherrer Institut.
