Sohit Kanwar

Sohit Kanwar's work experience includes serving as a QA Engineering Manager at Infilect since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at UST Global as a QA Architect from July 2016 to November 2021. In this role, they led a team of 12 QA resources and focused on enhancing test quality, optimizing effectiveness, and ensuring deliverables met strategic business requirements. Sohit also possessed a strong knowledge of test automation design patterns and execution across various platforms. Before joining UST Global, they worked at Allegis Group as a Lead Test Engineer from August 2015 to July 2016, where they led a team of 3 automation QA resources and developed a UI automation framework using Selenium Webdriver. From September 2012 to July 2015, they worked at Perficient as a Senior Technical Consultant, primarily focusing on automation testing. In this role, they created a UI automation framework using Selenium Webdriver, provided demos to onsite counterparts, and developed function libraries for script modularity.

Sohit Kanwar has a Bachelor of Technology (Hons) degree in Information Technology from the National Institute of Technology Raipur, which they completed from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Sri Chaitanya College of Education from 2004 to 2005, where they studied Mathematics and Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Sohit Kanwar has obtained several certifications. Sohit received the ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in March 2021. In April 2020, they completed the GDPR Compliance: Essential Training course from LinkedIn. Sohit also holds the ISTQB Foundation certification, which they obtained in November 2012 from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board. In July 2009, they received the Oracle Certified Associate - Oracle Forms 9i PL/SQL Application Developer certification from Oracle. Furthermore, they obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification from Agile Scrum Alliance™ in July 2018 and the SAFe 4 Practitioner Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2019.
