Vijay Gabale

Vijay Gabale's work experience begins in 2011 as a Research Intern at IBM Research, India, where they developed a video optimization framework. In 2012, they joined IBM Research India as a Researcher, focusing on wireless technologies and optimization services. In 2015, Vijay co-founded Infilect, a company that uses AI systems to optimize retail production, distribution, execution, and sales. Vijay held various roles at Infilect, including Co-founder (Partnerships, Investment, Product) and Co-founder (CTO/CPO). Additionally, Vijay served as the Co-organizer of the Deep Learning Bangalore meetup and was an Adjunct faculty at Aegis School of Business. Prior to their industry roles, they completed their masters and obtained a Ph.D. at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, with a focus on communication networks and system prototyping.

Vijay Gabale received their Master's degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in 2009. Vijay then went on to pursue a Ph.D. in Computer Science at the same institute, and successfully completed it in 2013.
