Tuula Jokipaltio

Tuula Jokipaltio is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and human resources. Currently, Tuula serves as a Founding Partner at Infine since March 2018 and as COO at Smartium Oy since November 2017, focusing on business development, resourcing, and administration. Prior roles include Head of Competence Development at Sanoma Media Finland, where responsibilities included managing the competence development portfolio and enhancing recruitment processes. Tuula's tenure at Sanoma spanned over a decade, during which positions included VP of Group HR Services and HRD Director. Earlier career experiences involved roles at SanomaWSOY, HUT MBA, and the Helsinki School of Economics, culminating in an M.Sc. in Economics from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu and additional studies at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
