Aleksandra Malko

Aleksandra Malko is a seasoned expert in GaN technology development, currently serving as a Senior Staff Engineer at Infineon Technologies since June 2021, focusing on Medium Voltage devices. Prior to this role, Aleksandra held various positions at United Monolithic Semiconductors GmbH, including Board Member of the GHz Centre and Team Lead within the Technology Research and Development Department, driving advancements in GaN HEMT characterisation and process management. The professional background includes experience as a Research and Development Engineer at Wasa Millimeter Wave AB and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Chalmers University of Technology, specializing in Schottky diodes and heterogeneous integration techniques. Aleksandra holds a PhD in Microtechnology and Nanoscience from Chalmers University of Technology and an MSc in Microelectronics and Optoelectronics from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
