Alexander Greie

Alexander Greie is an experienced recruiting professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, particularly in Engineering and IT. Currently serving as the Head of Recruiting in Munich for Infineon Technologies since July 2020, Alexander oversees all recruiting activities in Munich and several subsidiaries across Germany, while also driving global HR projects. Prior roles include Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Infineon, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end recruiting and shaping agile processes, and Talent Sourcing Manager at Rohde & Schwarz, where Alexander built sourcing strategies from scratch. With previous experience as a Key Account Manager at Hays, Alexander has developed a comprehensive skill set in recruitment, stakeholder consultation, and candidate engagement. Alexander holds a Magister Artium in Cultural Anthropology from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and has also studied at Umeå University.
