Allan Frederiksen

Allan Frederiksen serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for the Connected Secure Systems division at Infineon Technologies, starting in May 2025. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Research and Development at Cambridge GaN Devices Ltd and multiple engineering leadership positions at ams OSRAM and NXP Semiconductors, where responsibilities included program management for secure payment systems and next-generation secure controller platforms. Allan's earlier experience encompasses senior roles at Broadcom, Renesas Mobile Corporation, and Nokia, where contributions ranged from leading RF platform development to overseeing large engineering teams and managing substantial R&D budgets. Allan holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Aalborg University and has pursued additional education in cognitive, learning, and social psychology at the University of Copenhagen.
