Alvin Sim

Alvin Sim is the Director and Head of Supplier Enabling and Support for OSAT Operations at Infineon Technologies Asia Pacific Private Limited. With a strong background in operational and quality management within the supply chain, Alvin has extensive experience in high-volume manufacturing environments, having previously held leadership roles at NXP Semiconductors, Dell Global B.V., Fairchild Semiconductor, and National Semiconductor. Alvin’s expertise encompasses quality systems governance, supplier performance management, and advanced quality planning for new projects. Currently, Alvin is pursuing a BSc in Physics at the National University of Singapore and a Master’s degree in Computer Integrated Manufacturing at Nanyang Technological University, alongside certifications in ISO auditing and Six Sigma.
