Luís Almeida

Luís Holm de Almeida is an accomplished recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across Europe. Currently serving as the Head of Recruiting Europe at Infineon Technologies since April 2018, Luís oversees recruiting activities for R&D, Sales & Marketing, and Corporate Functions in teams located in Munich and Porto. Prior experience includes various roles in talent attraction within Infineon, where Luís managed recruitment efforts in France, Italy, and Romania. Previous positions include Recruitment Consultant at Hays and Randstad Professionals Portugal, specializing in engineering profiles for middle and top management. Luís holds a Master's degree in Organizational, Social & Work Psychology from the University of Porto and has completed a Master's degree course in Service Management Studies at FEP U. Porto.
