Oya Steude

Oya Steude is a seasoned project manager with expertise in test technology and innovation, currently employed at Infineon Technologies since July 2020. Prior to this role, Oya Steude served as a lead engineer for electronic development in charging systems at Webasto EV Solutions from January to June 2020, and completed a master thesis project at Infineon Technologies focusing on capacity supply framework development in late 2019. Oya Steude's experience at Robert Bosch GmbH spans multiple roles, including part-time process optimization and project lead for test and programming stations, managing hardware construction, software development, and international project implementations in countries such as Poland, Russia, China, India, and Brazil. Oya Steude holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Communications Engineering from the Technical University of Munich.
