Salvatore Cremona

Salvatore Cremona has extensive experience in product engineering, particularly in the semiconductor industry. At Infineon Technologies from October 2020 to August 2023, Salvatore served as Director of Product Engineering, leading New Product Introduction (NPI) and product engineering for advanced Power Modules and related technologies. Salvatore also held the position of Head of ACS - Principal Product Engineer, managing a team focused on customer support, failure analysis, and rapid issue resolution. Additionally, Salvatore was involved in NPI project execution as a Principal Engineer, overseeing characterization and validation processes. Prior to Infineon, Salvatore worked at STMicroelectronics from January 2005 to September 2018, where duties included leading the SiC product industrialization program and managing semiconductor testing and evaluation processes. Educational background includes studies at Università di Pisa and Università di Catania.
