Tony Alvarez

Tony Alvarez is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the semiconductor and renewable energy sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Infineon Memory Solutions since March 2023, Alvarez also holds board positions at Complete Solaria and NexGen Power Systems. As the Principal of ARAlvarez Consulting, Alvarez specializes in Memory and General Semiconductor Technology, Photo-Voltaic Technology, LED Lighting, and Business Process Improvement. Previously, Alvarez was the Chief Executive Officer of Solaria Corporation, leading innovations in solar technology, and held leadership roles at WaterBit, Inc., Altierre Corporation, and SunEdison. Alvarez obtained a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
