Girish Bharvirkar

Girish Bharvirkar is an experienced software engineer currently employed at Infinera since March 2016. Prior to this role, Girish served as Test Engineering Manager at Coho Data, where responsibilities included designing and qualifying storage hardware platforms and implementing manufacturing processes. As Test/Program Engineering Manager at Echelon, Girish managed engineering teams to deliver test solutions for industrial and consumer products. In earlier roles at Opnext, Citrix Systems, and Motorola, Girish focused on designing testing infrastructure, custom hardware, and ensuring product hardware quality. Girish holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Digital Communication from Monash University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
