Peter Van Doren has over 25 years of work experience in the engineering and leadership field. From 1991 to 1994, they worked as an IT Support for New Times. From 1994 to 2000, they were a Sr. Design Engineer for Logic Devices. At Aperto Networks, they were a Member of Technical Staff from 2000 to 2004. During this time, they were part of a dedicated team working at the forefront of WiMAX 802.16 wireless Metro Area Network development. From 2004 to 2006, they were a Consultant for Itron, helping a key customer in several product lines, including Wireless Receivers and Repeaters, for both fixed network and mobile reading applications. Peter was also a Consultant for Microvision from 2006 to 2007 and for Reverb Networks from 2007 to 2014. From 2014 to present, they have been a Consultant for reACT - Rapid Eccentric Anaerobic Core Trainer. Additionally, from 2004 to present, they have been the President/Sr. Design Engineer/Director for INFINETIX Corp, taking on the roll of President and being a highly motivated Electrical Engineer with over 25 years of FPGA/ASIC Engineering and leadership experience.
Peter Van Doren began their education at Jenkins High School, where they obtained their high school degree between 1987 and 1991. Peter then attended DeVry University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (BSEET) between 1991 and 1994. Peter also took extension classes at the University of California, Santa Cruz in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Additionally, they took courses in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley. In December 2020, they obtained a Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the Washington State Department of Licensing.
