Lauren Kelman

Lauren Kelman, SHRM-CP, has extensive work experience in human resources and operations management. Currently, they serve as a Human Resources Director/Human Resources Accountant at Infinex Financial Group, where they ensure compliance with laws and regulations, modifies compensation and benefits policies, and administers employee benefit programs. Before that, they worked as an Operations Manager at Randstad USA, overseeing two site operations and managing a ten-million-dollar account revenue. In addition, Lauren has held various roles at The WorkPlace, including Human Resources Specialist, Program Assistant in both Human Resources and the Platform to Employment National Initiative, and Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer. Lauren also has experience as a Support Services staff member and has worked in roles such as Data Entry Clerk/Customer Service Representative at Victorinox Swiss Army and Office Manager at Kreitler Associates. Lauren Kelman, SHRM-CP, obtained a Human Resources Management Certificate from Cornell University in 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Coastal Carolina University, completing their studies between 2004 and 2006. In 2010, they received training in Microsoft Office 2007 from New Horizons.

In addition to their formal education, Lauren has obtained several certifications. In 2021, they became a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) through SHRM. Lauren also earned a certification in Human Resources Foundations from LinkedIn in March 2023. Furthermore, they completed a full tutorial in Microsoft Excel from StackSkills in April 2020.
