Hezi Eini

Hezi Eini has extensive work experience in operations, supply chain management, and manufacturing. Hezi currently holds the position of Vice President Operations at Infinidat since 2021. Prior to this, they served as the VP Global Supply Chain at Caesarstone Ltd. - Corporate from 2019 to 2021, where they were responsible for building a global supply chain team and optimizing supply-demand and network efficiency using S&OP methodology.

Hezi also has a significant tenure at Flex, where they held multiple roles including VP Industrial Engineering & Lean, VP Materials & Supply Chain, and Operations in various regions such as India, APAC, EMEA, and Brazil. Additionally, they served as the General Manager at Migdal Haeemek site for Flex. Hezi started their career as a General Manager at Gpro LTD and later joined Flex as an Engineering & Quality Sr Director and a Supply Chain Manager.

Before joining Flex, they worked as a Plant Manager at Tambour. Overall, Hezi Eini has a strong background in operations, supply chain management, and manufacturing with experience in global roles and diverse regions.

Hezi Eini received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, which they attended from 1987 to 1990.
