Jake Hoffner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and technology. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Management at Andela since March 2023, Hoffner excels in product strategy and strategic initiatives. As a Technical Advisor at Orca, Hoffner contributes expertise in strategic thinking. From January 2015 to March 2023, Hoffner held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Qualified.io, where new revenue lines were successfully introduced, and previously co-founded the company as its CTO, enhancing the evaluation of engineering talent through innovative assessment methods.
