Christine Platt

Christine Platt has extensive experience in technical support and client services, currently serving as Tier 1 support at Nextech Systems since April 2023. Prior to this role, Christine worked at Fiserv from February 2016 to December 2022 as a Professional Services Product Consultant, providing support for proprietary software, training clients via WebEx, and testing software updates. Christine's career also includes significant tenure at Transactis (formerly Speedscan, DataImpact), which spanned from August 1997 to December 2015, with roles including Client Services and Implementation Specialist. Christine began in the industry as Installations and Support Manager at Speedscan from 1997 to 2006. Academically, Christine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education K-12 from Eastern Illinois University and has additional education from the College of Lake County.
