Greg Dunavant has a diverse work experience that spans several years. Greg started their career at Delta Air Lines as an eCommerce/Revenue Management Analyst before moving on to The Home Depot as an Operations Analyst. From there, they joined Gas South and held various roles such as Marketing Analyst, Operations Manager, Marketing Channel Manager, Senior Manager Customer Care, and Director of Customer Care. Greg then became the Director of Mass Market Operations and later the Director of Customer Operations, before being promoted to Vice President of Customer Operations - Product, Customer Experience and Operations, their current position. Throughout their career, Greg has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on improving customer experience and operational efficiency.
Greg Dunavant earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Business from Auburn University in 2001. Greg then pursued an MBA from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business, which they completed in 2013. In addition to their degrees, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
