Andrew Hoyen

Andrew Hoyen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Andrew currently holds the position of President & COO at Infinite Group Inc., where they have been since September 2020. Prior to this role, they served as a Member of the Board of Directors and SVP & Chief Operating Officer at the same company.

Before joining Infinite Group Inc., Andrew worked at Toyota Material Handling North America as the North America VP, National Accounts from September 2011 to October 2014. In this role, they were responsible for sales and sales operations to support the largest customers in North America.

From 2006 to 2011, Andrew worked at Carestream Health, where they held various roles. Andrew started as the Director of Professional Services & Service Operations, where they managed a $15M+ organization and was responsible for business and profit/loss management. Andrew later became the Vice President Northeast Area, Sales & Service and then the Director of Channel Accounts.

Earlier in their career, Andrew worked at Eastman Kodak, where they held several positions from 2002 to 2006. These roles included Director of Digital Capture Services & Implementations, Director of Business Development & Operations - Professional Services, and Senior Product Marketing Manager - Digital Radiography, Americas.

Before their time at Eastman Kodak, Andrew worked at Global Crossing as the Director of Business Development, North American Carrier Services, and at ViaHealth Health System as a Senior Marketing Manager.

In 1997, Andrew founded TeleHealth Innovations, LLC, and in 1992, they had various roles in related employment.

Andrew Hoyen attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 1988 to 1992 where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology. Andrew then pursued further education at the University at Albany, SUNY from 1995 to 1996 and obtained a Master of Public Health degree in Health Policy & Management. Finally, from 1996 to 1997, they attended Rochester Institute of Technology and completed their Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing & Information Systems.
