Patricia Turner has a strong background in finance, accounting, and human resources. Patricia has held various positions throughout their career, starting as a Staff CPA at Ulbrich & Company, PC in 2004, where they prepared tax returns and worked on non-profit audits. Patricia then joined Burton Partners LLC as a Manager, providing accounting support for clients and working with defined benefit and profit sharing plans. In 2007, they became the Accounting Manager at the American Society of Safety Engineers, where they developed accounting and reconciliation procedures, improved workflow processes, and issued financial statements. Since 2010, Patricia has been with Infinite Peripherals, initially as the Director of Finance and Human Resources, responsible for accounting, internal controls, and human resource policies. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President of Finance, overseeing the finance department. Patricia's experience spans a variety of industries, including construction, day labor, medical practice, manufacturing, and non-profit organizations.
Patricia Turner CPA SPHR earned a Masters Certificate in IT Project Management from the University of Illinois Springfield from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Additionally, Patricia has obtained several certifications. In 2005, they became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. In 2018, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Patricia also obtained the S1ESA300 - Sage 100 Certified System Administrator Specialist v2018 certification from Sage in June 2020.
