Ryan Smith, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in administration, human resources, and compliance within the healthcare sector. As the Treatment Center Administrator at Infinite Recovery since January 2016, Ryan collaborates with senior leadership to define strategic goals and oversees various HR functions, including regulatory compliance and the implementation of a new HRIS. Prior roles at Infinite Recovery include Director of HR & Compliance and Facility Compliance & HR Manager, where significant contributions were made in DEI initiatives and regulatory training. Prior to Infinite Recovery, Ryan served as a Safety Coordinator at Orr Enterprises, Inc. and as a Builder Liaison at LifeStyles Stores, Inc. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Central Oklahoma.
