Previously, Mazen has held roles as Entrepreneur In Residence at Atlantic Food Labs, Research Scientist at Ohly, Refugee Social Worker at Mümmelmansberg Schule, Scientific Researcher at the Institute of Technical Microbiology, and Research Assistant at Lebanese American University.
