Marja Nappa

Marja Nappa has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Starting in 1998, Marja worked as a Research Trainee at Fortum for a period of six months.

In 1999, they joined Neste Engineering as a Research Trainee for another six-month period.

From 2000 to 2003, Marja worked as a Researcher at Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, where they collaborated with VTT in TEKES projects and specialized in process design programming.

In 2003, they became a Research Engineer at KCL for a six-year period, until 2009.

Marja then joined VTT in 2009 as a Research Scientist and worked in that role until 2021, when they were promoted to Senior Scientist.

Following their time at VTT, Marja joined Infinited Fiber Company in 2023 as a Senior Process Modelling Engineer.

Marja Nappa obtained their M.S. (Tech.) degree in Chemical Engineering from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, which they attended from 1994 to 2000.
