Aurélien Trichet

Senior systems research engineer at Infinitesima Limited

Aurélien Trichet has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Aurélien started their career as a Teaching Assistant at Université Grenoble Alpes in 2008, where they worked until 2011. In 2008, they also began their PhD at Institut Néel CNRS, completing it in 2012. Following that, they joined the University of Oxford as a Senior Postdoctoral Researcher and Teaching Assistant from 2012 to 2019.

In 2017, Trichet transitioned to the industry and joined Oxford HighQ as their Chief Technology Officer. Aurélien held this role until 2022. During this period, they also served as a RaEng SME leader at the Royal Academy of Engineering from 2020 to 2021.

In 2022, Trichet took on the role of Quantum Optics Technical Specialist at Nu Quantum. Aurélien then moved to Infinitesima Limited in the same year, first as a Senior Systems Research Engineer and later as the RPM R&D Manager from January 2023 onwards.

Throughout their career, Trichet has showcased expertise in research, teaching, and technology leadership, particularly in the fields of quantum optics and systems research.

Aurélien Trichet attended Grenoble INP - Phelma from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, and Materials Science.
