Martin Kaczynski

Martin Kaczynski is the current Director of Product at InfiniteWorld. Prior to this, they worked as a Manager at Deloitte from July 2014 to April 2018. During their time at Deloitte, they were engaged with a venture-backed blockchain startup to help develop and launch its blockchain platform and public token sale. Martin also worked with a private multi-national and multi-industry client to led the development of the blockchain-enabled consortium, business case, and solution design. In addition, they managed the design and implementation of a blockchain reinsurance contract swap solution for a global insurance client. For another US insurance client, they managed the development of a 5-year technology roadmap and strategy that identified InsurTech opportunities. Martin also worked with a global insurance client on their IT Strategy, Roadmap, and Vendor Selection as part of a Technology Refresh program. For a regional financial institution, they led the evaluation and forward looking strategy of data center facilities to understand resilience of infrastructure components. For two P&C insurance clients, they implemented new benefits tracking processes to support claims and operations organizations totaling $300M in annual project spend and transformed their core systems. Lastly, for a food distribution sector client, they led the IT Infrastructure Network integration workstream and was responsible for the program management of a combined budget of $50M following an $8B acquisition of our client’s largest competitor.

Martin Kaczynski has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, with a concentration in corporate finance and strategy. Martin also has a B.Eng & Mgmt degree from McMaster University in software engineering and management, with an internship option. In addition, they have a Canadian Operational Research Society Diploma (CORS) in operational research from McMaster University. Martin also has several certifications, including project management from The George Washington University School of Business, business architecture from Intervista Institute, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) from Microsoft, WebSphere Studeio Application Developer V5 for J2EE from IBM, and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance. Martin also has a certification in project management from McMaster University / Nexient.
