Deb Aron

Deb Aron has extensive experience in sales and training operations within the automotive industry, currently serving as Manager of INFINITI Sales Operations, Global Training Operations, and Training Operations at INFINITI Motor Company since October 2017. Prior to this, Deb held the position of Senior Analyst at Infiniti Motor Company Ltd. since March 2014 and served as Sr. Project Manager and Project Coordinator at Maritz from July 2001 to March 2014, managing over 100 complex projects and developing training materials. Deb's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science with an emphasis in Physical Therapy from Humboldt State University, obtained between 1992 and 1996, and prior studies at the University of Southern California from 1989 to 1992.
