Daniel Mormino is Senior Vice President of INFINITI HR and co-founder of The Professional Employer Organization for Franchises®. Daniel leads strategic management for the firm, including national alliance, sales divisions, business conversions, operations and corporate sponsorship. His career spans two decades as a disruptive innovator in SMB aggregation. Daniel scaled a professional employer organization to help businesses prevent the pitfalls of employer liability and the obstacles to organic growth by leveraging the economies of scale of a large enterprise into a competitive advantage. He represents thousands of franchisors, multi-unit franchisees, business development executives, and investors within a diverse cohort of established and emerging brands nationwide. He is proud to support the need among businesses to attract and retain top talent, increase operational efficiency, mitigate employer liability, and reduce the aggregate cost of labor.

Dedicated to the things that haven’t happened yet and the people who are about to dream them up, Daniel is known as the leading change agent in the PEO industry. His leadership by design empowers a diverse cohort of businesses to innovate and create opportunities for talent to discover what’s next. As the co-founder of the INFINITI HR Franchise Division, National Alliance, and President’s Club, Daniel is a frequent featured speaker at many industry conventions.

Daniel is awarded the highest honors for professional excellence in our industry. As a Certified Franchise Executive and Certified Master Hotel Supplier, Daniel is the first PEO executive to sit on the Supplier Forum Advisory Board of the International Franchise Association (IFA.) He also serves as an ambassador to emerging franchisors and is recognized for his continuous support of franchise-friendly candidates for federal office.

Daniel started his career as an assistant in motion picture production. His on-screen credits include Mission: Impossible II, The Hulk, and Academy Award® winner Almost Famous. An avid dog lover, he is proud to support foundations dedicated to the prevention of cruelty to animals. His ongoing philanthropic efforts also include AIDS LifeCycle, The Michael J. Fox Foundation, and the High Five Grant for Moms.

Daniel is an MBA; he holds a Franchise Management Certification from Georgetown University and is an alumnus of Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Daniel and his wife, Ariana, reside in Phoenix, Arizona.
