Christine Cone McAllister

Christine (Chris) Cone McAllister is a seasoned instructional designer and learning program manager with a diverse background in people operations and training development. Currently serving as a Sr. Instructional Designer at Infinitus Systems, Inc. since March 2023, Chris previously held roles such as Senior Learning Program Manager at Highspot and Senior Instructional Designer at HR.com, where responsibilities included creating learning solutions and managing onboarding programs. With experience spanning several organizations, Chris has designed and developed various instructional materials, facilitated training sessions, and collaborated with subject matter experts to enhance educational offerings. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Communication Studies from Gonzaga University and has a foundational experience as an investigator with the US Army.
