Cameron McKinty

Cameron McKinty has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. From 2001 to 2002, Cameron worked as a Customer Service Representative at Gap Inc. In 2005, they joined Esurance as a Claims Assistant and later became a Licensing Administrator. They eventually transitioned into sales operations and training roles, including Sales Operations Analyst, Sales and Service Trainer, Sales Support Lead, and License Agent/Sales Mentor/Retention Team. Cameron worked at Esurance until April 2017. They then joined Infinity Energy INC as a Manager Partner Funding, responsible for managing a team and coordinating tasks with sales and operations. In 2018, Cameron took on the role of Learning and Development Manager at Infinity Energy INC, creating and executing learning strategies and programs. As of February 2022, Cameron holds the position of Director of Talent Management at Infinity Energy INC.

Cameron McKinty pursued their education, starting in 2005, at Sierra College, where they completed an Associate's Degree in Administration of Justice in 2010. Later, from 2015 to 2019, they attended Brigham Young University - Idaho, obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology Project Management.
