Iván Nieto Padilla

Iván Nieto Padilla has extensive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on labor relations. Iván is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Infinity Engineered Products since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Bosch México from 2017 to 2021, where they held various roles including HRL (Site Human Resources Leader/Manager), Sr HRBP (Labor Relations Manager), and Sr. HR Compensations and Benefits. Before that, Iván worked at Mondelēz International as a Labor Relations & Recruitment Manager from 2015 to 2016. Iván also gained experience at Bosch México as a Sr HRBP (Labor Relations) from 2013 to 2015, at FIAT CHRYSLER AUTOMOBILES as a Labor Relation Supervisor/Coordination in 2013, and at General Motors as a Labor Relation Supervisor/ Coordination from 2009 to 2013.

Iván Nieto Padilla obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the Instituto Tecnologico de San Luis Potosi. Iván completed this degree program between 2004 and 2009. Following this, Iván pursued further education and is currently enrolled in a Master in Human Resources and Labor Law program at Universidad San Pablo. This program, which focuses on Gestiόn de recursos humanos/Administraciόn de personal, general, began in 2021 and is expected to end in 2023.
