Louise Otton

Louise Otton is the Head of People and Culture at Infinity Group UK, a leading Microsoft Partner in the UK. Prior to this role, Louise worked as an Executive Performance Coach at Law 365 and as an Associate Executive Coach at Matthew Radley & Associates Limited. With her experience in executive coaching, team coaching, and resilience coaching, Louise also ran her own coaching business, Louise Otton Coaching. Before transitioning into coaching, Louise worked in project management roles at companies such as Deutsche Bank, Oliver Wyman, and Capco. Louise holds a BSc in Early Childhood Studies and a Postgraduate Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching.
