Natalie Smith has extensive work experience in healthcare management. Natalie started their career at AccucareTX as the Director of Operations from February 2011 to December 2013. Afterwards, they moved on to a confidential company where they served as the Health Facility Administrator/Director from December 2013 to 2019. Natalie then joined Premier Pharmacy Group as the Chief Operating Officer from December 2019 to March 2023. Currently, they are working at Infinity Health Care Management as the Regional Director of Operations from February 2023 onwards.
Natalie Smith completed their Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Indiana University Bloomington, studying from 2003 to 2008. In addition to their degree, Natalie also obtained certifications in various fields. In 2007, they received a certification as a Health Facility Administrator from the Indiana Department of Health. Later, in 2014, they obtained the title of Health Facility Administrator Instructor from the same institution. Most recently, in 2020, Natalie obtained a Certified Dementia Practitioner certification from the NCCDP.
