Megan Underwood Meurer

Megan Underwood Meurer, ARM, currently serves as the Enterprise Risk Manager at Infinity Home Services since September 2025. Prior to this role, Megan held the position of Enterprise Risk Management Specialist at Spring Health from December 2023 to September 2025, and previously worked at Heartland Alliance from November 2011 to December 2023, where responsibilities included Director of Enterprise Risk Management, Manager of Compliance and Risk, and Corporate Risk Manager. Megan's experience includes leading an enterprise risk management program that supports operations across seven countries, along with coordinating training and accreditation efforts for over 500 employees. Earlier in her career, Megan was a Teacher Assistant at High Road Upper School, assisting with lesson planning and instruction for high school students. Megan holds a B.S. in Family and Consumer Sciences from The University of Georgia and an M.S. Ed. in Education Policy from the University of Pennsylvania.
