Ajay Sharma

Vice President - Customer Experience at Infinity Labs

Ajay Sharma has extensive work experience in the customer experience and customer contact solutions domains. Ajay started their career as a Customer Support Engineer at HCL in 1997 and later moved to Global Telesystems, where they worked as a Manager in Presales and Solution Design. In 2002, they joined Hewlett Packard as a Technical Specialist and played a key role in managing voice and call center networks.

Ajay then joined Nortel in 2003 as a Tech Consultant before transitioning to Avaya Global Connect Ltd. in 2005, where they served as a Manager. Ajay returned to Nortel later that year and held roles as Manager - Customer Contact Solutions and Principal Architect - Customer Contact Solutions, providing consulting and design services for Airtel CCT contract and other prospects in the region.

In 2009, Ajay joined Avaya as a Managing Principal - Customer Contact Solutions, focusing on complex and high-value opportunities for UC and CC in the APAC region. Ajay then joined Cisco Systems in 2010, taking on roles as Solution Architect, APAC CC Practice and Service Delivery Manager.

Most recently, Ajay joined Infinity Labs India in November 2021 as the Vice President - Customer Experience.

Ajay Sharma has a diverse education history. Ajay attended St. Mary's School from 1978 to 1991, where they obtained their 12th Certificate with a focus on Science, English, and Computer Science. Following this, from 1991 to 1994, they attended Pusa Polytechnic and completed a Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication. Ajay then enrolled at Annamalai University from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Finally, in 2004 and 2005, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) at Annamalai University.
