Ergun Kirlikovali is a seasoned polymer scientist with extensive experience in research and development across various sectors. Since August 1985, Ergun has served as Polymer Scientist I at IPI, focusing on inter-penetrating polymer networks, while simultaneously holding the position of Founder & President at both Integrated Polymer Industries, Inc. and Belzona Molecular, where responsibilities include managing R&D, manufacturing, marketing, sales, training, and technical support. Previous roles include Chief Chemist at Belzona Molecular, where Ergun developed RT-cure polymers and innovative rubbers for in-situ repairs, and Scientific Researcher positions at Narmco Materials, Inc., Adhesive Engineering Inc., Dutch State Mines, and Chemie-Linz AG, contributing to advancements in aerospace materials, underwater adhesives, and high-strength construction adhesives.
