Yehudit Hasin

Yehudit Hasin is a highly experienced computational biologist with a strong background in genetics and bioinformatics. Currently serving as the Manager of Computational Biology at Inflammatix, Inc. since October 2019, Yehudit has previously held positions such as Bioinformatics Scientist at Twist Bioscience and Assistant Project Scientist at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. Yehudit's research expertise includes investigating sex differences in metabolism and their molecular mechanisms, focusing on gene expression analysis and integrating transcriptomics, genetics, and phenotypes. With a PhD in Genetics from the Weizmann Institute of Science, Yehudit's academic journey includes significant contributions to understanding genetic variation in human olfactory receptors during doctoral studies, as well as additional research during a postdoctoral fellowship at UCLA.
