Jim Stirbis

Jim Stirbis has a strong and diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jim is currently serving as the Global Corporate Controller at Infleqtion since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at ADA Carbon Solutions as the Corporate Controller from October 2015 to September 2022. Jim also served as the SVP & Controller at Vectra Bank Colorado from December 2010 to October 2015.

Before that, Jim was the Chief Accounting Officer at Local Insight Media, where they played a crucial role in the company's success as the largest provider of outsourced directory services in the US. Jim held this position from January 2007 to December 2010.

Jim gained significant experience in finance and accounting at Republic Financial Corporation. Jim worked as the Senior Vice President - Finance from June 2006 to January 2007, Chief Accounting Officer from June 2002 to June 2006, and Financial Controller from February 1998 to June 2002.

In addition, Jim served in leadership roles at Consolidated Nevada Goldfields Corporation, where they were the Corporate Secretary and Treasurer from May 1997 to April 1998, and the Corporate Controller from May 1996 to April 1997.

Jim began their career at KPMG LLP as a Supervising Senior from September 1992 to May 1996.

Jim Stirbis attended the University of Denver from 1987 to 1992 where they obtained a Master of Accountancy degree and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. The field of study for their degrees is not provided.
