Nils LaVine, PMP, CSPO

Nils LaVine, PMP, CSPO, is an accomplished program and project manager with extensive experience in technical and operational leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Quantum RF & Communications Program Manager at ColdQuanta, Nils manages several high-value Quantum Radio Frequency projects, contributing to world records in RF sensing sensitivity. As President of OP2MYZE, Nils specializes in lean process analysis and operational blueprinting, enhancing organizational efficiency. Previously, Nils held key positions such as Operations Director at TRACKtech, LLC, and Director of Customer Process Analysis at Pivot Industries, where impactful analyses were conducted on incident management tools. Nils also directed operations at Alion Science and Technology and contributed to human systems integration efforts for the Department of Defense. Nils's military background includes service as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army Reserve and various command roles in the US Army. Nils holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University.
