Amie Deak Lcsw

Amie Deak LCSW, MHA, currently serves as a Senior Advisor at IA, where the focus is on supporting leaders and their teams to achieve culturally and strategically aligned outcomes. Previously, Amie owned FirstLight Home Care of Lake, Sumter, & Marion from September 2020 to June 2023 and held significant roles at Orlando Health, including Coordinator for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Program and Pediatric Palliative Care Coordinator at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. Amie's prior experience also includes serving as Patient Engagement Manager at The Villages Health System, LLC. Academically, Amie holds a Master of Health Administration from the University of Cincinnati, a Master of Social Work from Michigan State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution.
