Principal Technical Artist at Inflexion Games

Adam Brown has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role is as the Principal Technical Artist at Inflexion Games since October 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Technical Artist at the same company, where they developed tools for the environment creation pipeline of the upcoming title, Nightingale, from December 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining Inflexion Games, Adam worked as a Game Tools Programmer at Improbable from August 2019 to December 2021. Adam also founded their own company, Intellirithmic Inc., where they developed a 3D content creation tool for artists and developers in the gaming, TV, cinema, and related industries. Adam led this company from February 2017 to August 2019.

Adam also has experience as a Cloud Dev Lead at Collokia, where they designed and managed systems, including data harvesting, transformation, and indexing pipelines, service APIs, and access control. Adam was responsible for system deployment and infrastructure on the AWS platform from June 2014 to January 2017.

Prior to that, Adam worked as a Consultant - Software Architect at Plum Analytics, where they were the principal architect for all back-end systems. Adam designed, implemented, and maintained major systems, from May 2012 to August 2014. Adam also served as a Software Development Engineer at Serials Solutions, where they were responsible for designing and maintaining the data pipeline for the Summon web scale discovery service from May 2009 to June 2012.

Adam's early career includes roles as a Software Development Lead at Abebooks/Amazon from April 2006 to May 2009, and as a Store Manager, Software Development Engineer, and Computer Repair Technician at Cybersite from 1998 to 2003.

Adam Brown obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Victoria. Adam attended the university from 2003 to 2006.
