Lisa Houston

Lisa Houston is currently a Business Change Manager at Inflexion. Prior to that, they were with WeWork for over two and a half years, where they started as an Associate before being promoted to Senior Associate and then Associate Director, Strategy & Finance. Her focus there was on driving growth in Germany and France through developing the go-to-market strategy with a specific focus on pricing and market positioning.

Before WeWork, Lisa spent two years at PwC in the Deals practice, working on the M&A operational due diligence team. There they gained experience in transactions, underwriting and negotiating complex deal structures across the portfolio.

Lisa began their career at PwC in the Consulting practice, where they spent two years advising clients on a variety of strategic projects.

Lisa Houston pursued a BSc in Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
