Illia Vavilin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities in the field of software engineering.

Illia started their career as a J2ME programmer at QPlaze in July 2009 before moving on to Farlep-Invest as a Software Engineer in September 2009.

In 2012, Illia joined DoubleGIS where they worked as a Web Developer and later as a Team Lead/Web Developer. During their time at DoubleGIS, they contributed to the development of a B2B project, focusing on tasks decomposition, agile planning, architecture development, scaling, refactoring, code review, server setup, and deployment.

In 2014, Illia transitioned to LevelUp games where they served as a PHP Team Lead, working on several private projects. Illia'sresponsibilities included leading a team and utilizing technologies such as PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, Neo4j, ElasticSearch, and Gearman.

In 2015, Illia co-founded BidRobot, where they worked as a Technical Lead and played a significant role in developing SaaS programmatic media buying solutions. Illia'sexpertise included using technologies like Golang, JavaScript (AngularJS), Aerospike, Clickhouse, RabbitMQ, and Docker.

Most recently, Illia joined Influ2 in 2017 and has held the position of Team Lead/Tech Lead. Illia has been involved in developing the product architecture and infrastructure from scratch, leading a team, and mentoring the development team. Illia'stech stack includes Golang, VueJS, MySQL, Bigquery, Docker, and GCP.

Illia Vavilin completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Nacional'nij Universitet 'Kievo-Mogiljans'ka Akademija' in the period from 2006 to 2010. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Master's degree in IT from the same institution. In addition to their formal education, Vavilin obtained certification in April 2012 for completing the Engineering long-lasting SAAS online course from UC Berkeley. Illia also achieved certification in December 2011 after completing the Oracle Service Bus training offered by Oracle Partner Hub Academy in Moscow.
