Amanda Henwood is a Principal Behavioural Scientist at Influence at Work (UK), with extensive experience in behavioural science, having previously worked as a Behavioural Scientist at Koa Health and a PhD Candidate at The London School of Economics and Political Science. Amanda's research focuses on the interplay between emotion and behaviour in relation to wellbeing, with involvement in various interdisciplinary projects assessing interventions for mental health improvement. Prior roles include coordinating healthcare support as a Healthcare Assistant and providing advocacy for vulnerable adults, alongside experience in marketing and event management with organizations such as Arthur London and CLIC Sargent. Amanda's educational background includes an MSc in Psychology from the University of St Andrews and a 1st class BA Hons in English Literature and Communication Studies from the University of Brighton.
