Sulistiyowati has a diverse work experience timeline. Sulistiyowati started their career in 2009 as a Private Tutor and worked in that role until the start of their work in the industry. In 2011, while working as a Teaching Assistant and Undergraduate Research Assistant at Institut Teknologi Bandung, they focused on the modeling of dark matter capture by main sequence stars and orbital modeling of stars, asteroids, and comets.

From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a University Lecturer at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. Sulistiyowati then joined Bosscha Observatory in 2009 as a Telescope Operator and Astronomy Communicator, where they operated telescopes and engaged in communicating astronomical knowledge.

In 2015, they had two roles simultaneously. At Yayasan Ganesha 83, they served as a Project Manager for the STEAM Teacher Education Program, where they organized training sessions for secondary school teachers on innovative and creative education material creation and delivery. At Institut Teknologi Bandung, they worked as a Research Assistant, analyzing ULX's spectra and conducting numerical modeling.

In 2020, Sulistiyowati became a University Lecturer at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung again, and taught until the end of 2021. Sulistiyowati then joined Influx in 2021 as a Data Analyst, responsible for collecting and analyzing HR metrics. Currently, they serve as a Senior Data Analyst at Influx, managing a team that provides HR-related clean and accountable data and creates dashboards for analytics.

In addition to their professional roles, Sulistiyowati has also been involved in research work at SkyLabs Org, where they conducted astrophysics research and worked as a Content Editor. Overall, their work experience reflects a strong background in research, teaching, and data analysis.

Sulistiyowati completed their education in a chronological manner. Sulistiyowati first pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Astronomy at the Institut Teknologi Bandung from 2008 to 2012. Sulistiyowati then furthered their studies and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Astronomy and Astrophysics from the same institution between 2012 and 2014. Additionally, in July 2021, they obtained a certification in HIPAA Privacy and Security from Total HIPAA Compliance, LLC.
